Tjioe The Caterer (pronounced as “chew”) started as a hole-in-the-wall restaurant at the heart of Manila’s Chinatown called Quik Snack back in the late 60’s.
As it was quick to become a household name among the Filipino-Chinese community, this paved the way for an opportunity to venture into the catering business in the late 80’s. With over 30 years of experience under our belt, Tjioe The Caterer have mastered the art of crafting traditional Chinese cuisine with modern and innovative twists.
